Working together in 2021 with commitment & resources to support landholders in our operational area

The Blackwood Biosecurity Inc. is currently in the process of restructuring our team. While our team changes are underway, we continue to be actively engaged in providing declared pest management resources, services and advice to the landholders within our Operational area, which includes the Shires of Bridgetown-Greenbushes, Nannup, Boyup Brook, West Arthur and Donnybrook-Balingup South in the locations of Balingup, Mulalyup, Grimwade, Southampton and Wilga.

Working Together For More Effective Pest Management: Declared pest management is most effective with a strategic co-ordinated and collaborative approach across the whole of our region. We encourage landholders to report sightings of declared pests and contact us regarding your priorities. We are here to work with and support to meet declared pest management responsibilities.

At present we are actively assisting landholders with priority activities for declared pest management, including:

· Rabbit Control Program

· Blackberry Management

· Cotton Bush Control

· Other on case-by-case basis
